Our processing plant is fully approved by the S.F.P.A and we are committed to the highest standards of hygiene with a fully integrated HACCP system. Our traceability system lets all our customers track our fish from tide to table.
We at Fish Sales Killybegs combine our passion for natural, traditional processes such as hand filleting with modern production techniques like our custom designed smoking facilities.
We currently have the capacity to produce, store and chill/freeze approximately 4 – 5 tonne of white fish per day. We have frozen storage capacity of up to 150 tonne.
